2023학년도 2학기 수강신청 포기(드랍) 일정 마감이 내일 오전 중으로 예정되어 있어 다음과 같이 리마인더드립니다.

■ 주요 일정
- 2023학년도 2학기 수강포기신청 일정: 9/22 (금) 10:00 ~ 9/25 (월) 09:00
- 3차 폐강일정: 9/25 (월) 17:00
(수강포기로 인해 수강인원이 0명인 과목에 한해서만 3차 폐강)

■ 수강포기제도 운영 상세
1) 신청일시: 통상 개강 4주차 실시
2) 신청한도: 1학기 최대 9학점까지 허용
3) 신청절차
- 수강포기기간 중 포털 수강과목 리스트 수강취소 메뉴 활성화
- 별도 승인 없이 수강생 신청 및 확인 후 신청완료
- 수강포기기간 중 철회가 가능
- 수강포기기간 이후 최종 수강포기 신청내역에 따라 수강포기 확정

■ 유의사항
1) 수강신청학점이월여부: 수강포기학점은 차회학기 수강가능 학점으로 이월되지 않습니다.
2) 초과학기 이수자 포함, 수강포기로 인한 수강이수학점 변동은 등록금액 감면 등 등록금 산정에 반영되지 않습니다.  
3) 1학년 필수이수 과목으로서 일괄 수강배정과목, 실험실습, 유연학기 설정과목, 그 외 팀프로젝트 과목 등 교과 목적 및 운영상 수강취소를 제한할 필요성이 있는 과목의 경우 수강을 포기하실 수 없습니다.
4) 폐강: 수강포기로 인해 수강인원 0명인 경우 예외적으로 폐강될 수 있습니다.
5) 수강포기로 인하여 이수학점 요건이 부족한 경우, 졸업요건, 해당학기 우등생 등 포상대상 선정, 졸업 우등생 선정 등 성적관련 포상 과 다음 학기 초과학점 신청대상에서 제외될 수 있으니 주의 바라며 포상기준 등을 미리 확인 바랍니다.  
6) 수강포기로 인하여 국가장학금 등 장학금 선발대상 선정시 이수학점 요건 미충족으로 선발에서 제외되는 등 불이익이 발생할 수 있으니 유의 바라며, 개별 장학금 요건을 미리 확인하시기 바랍니다.

❗Course Withdrawal ends in 12 hours❗
[Reminder of Course Withdrawal Deadline]

Greetings, this is Korea University Students Union.

Please be informed that the course withdrawal for the 2023 Fall semester ends tomorrow morning. Following is the related announcement.

■ Schedule
- Course Withdrawal Schedule:
09.22.(Fri) 10:00 ~ 09.25.(Mon) 09:00
- 3rd Course Closing Schedule:
09.25.(Mon) 17:00
(The lecture will be closed only for courses with 0 students due to the course withdrawal.)

■ Application Details
1) Application date: Usually in the 4th week of the semester.
2) Application limit: Up to 9 credits per semester.
3) Application Procedure
- Activate the drop menu on the course list of the portal during the Course withdrawal period.
- Complete the application after applying and confirming the student without additional approval
- It is possible to cancel the course withdrawal during the waiver period
- The withdrawal will be confirmed after the waiver period.

■ Notes
1) The withdrawn credits cannot be carried over to the next semester.
2) Course withdrawal is restricted to the First-year prerequisite courses, batch course assignment courses, laboratory courses, and flexible semester courses, team project courses, and other courses that require restrictions on withdrawal for curricular purposes and operations.
3) A course would be exceptionally cancelled if there are 0 enrollments due to withdrawal.
4) Note that the course withdrawal may result in disadvantages, such as being excluded from selection for scholarships such as national scholarships due to insufficient credit hours. Please check the requirements of individual scholarships in advance.
5) Changes in the credits due to the course withdrawal, including those who enlisted for the extra semester, will not be reflected in the calculation of tuition fees.
