2023학년도 겨울계절수업 개설과 관련하여 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

1. 수업기간:
12/22(금) ~ 1/18(목)
(월·화·수·목 주4일 수업을 원칙으로 하나, 일부 외국어 교과목은 주5일 수업 가능, 강의시간표 참고)

2. 수업료 :
1학점 107,900원 / 2학점 215,800원 / 3학점 323,700원

3. 일 정
· 수업정보공개 : 11/10(금) 10:00 (http://sugang.korea.ac.kr ‘과목조회’에서 확인 가능)
· 수강신청 및 정정: 11/17(금) 10:00 ~ 11/22(수) 17:00
   ※ 장애학생 수강등록(대상: 본교 장애학생지원센터에 등록된 학생): 11/16(목) 10:00 ~ 11/17(금) 08:00
· 수업료 납부: 11/23(목) 09:00 ~ 11/27(월) 23:00
· 폐강공지: 12/1(금)
· 폐강과목신청자 수강신청: 12/7(목) 09:00 ~ 16:30
· 폐강과목신청자 수강료 납부: 12/8(금) 09:00 ~ 23:00
· 수업기간: 12/22(금) ~ 1/18(목)
· 수강신청 취소: 12/15(금) 10:00 ~ 1/4(목) 23:00

4. 수강신청
· 대상: 본 대학교 재학생‧휴학생 및 타 대학교 학점교류생
· 방법 : 수강신청시스템(http://sugang.korea.ac.kr) 접속
· 수강신청시스템 로그인: 본교 학생의 경우 학번-비밀번호 log-in
· 취득학점 및 성적인정: 총 9학점까지 취득가능(국제동계대학 포함) / 성적은 ‘계절수업’으로 별도 관리하고, 전체 성적의 평점평균에 산입함 / 휴학생 신분으로 계절수업을 수강한 후 곧바로 졸업 불가

5. 유의사항
· 개인적인 사유로 인한 환불은 불가하오니 이점 유의하여 신청 바랍니다.
· 수강신청 및 정정 기간 외에는 수강정정이 절대 불가합니다.
· 현장실습 과목은 계절수업 포함 ‘최대 18학점’까지, 교양체육 과목은 ‘최대 3학점’까지 취득 가능합니다.
· 2016학년도 1학기 이후 세종캠퍼스에서 개설한 교과목에 대한 재수강은 1회에 한하여 허용됩니다.
· 수업료 미납 시 자동으로 수강내역이 삭제되므로 해당 사유로 수업이 폐강될 수 있습니다.
· 수강취소기간 이후에는 수강신청을 취소하거나 변경할 수 없으므로 수강신청 및 수업료 납부에 신중을 기해주시기 바랍니다.
· 2학기 현재 선이수과목을 이수 중이면 후이수과목을 겨울계절수업으로 수강하실 수 없습니다.
· 수강신청일 기준으로 성적이 확정되지 않은 과목은 계절수업으로 재수강할 수 없습니다.

6. 등록:
하나은행 가상계좌를 통한 계좌이체
(과목별 가상계좌로 각각 입금)

7. 폐강:
12/1(금) 포탈에 공지 예정
(폐강과목 신청자에 한하여 12/7(목) 수강신청 가능)

8. 수강신청 취소
· KUPID > 수업 > 수강신청 > '계절수업 수강신청 과목 포기'에서 취소 신청
· 수업료 납부 후 수강신청을 취소하고자 하는 경우 취소신청 시기에 따라 수업료 환불액이 달라집니다.
(아래 정해진 기간 외 수강신청취소 철회 및 정정 불가)
· 학적에 등록된 계좌로 신청일 기준 2주 이내 환불 예정이며, 수강신청 취소시 학적에 등록된 계좌정보가 올바른지 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다. 계좌정보가 틀린 경우 환불이 지연될 수 있습니다.

9. 취소 일정
· 1차(수업료 전액 반환): 12/15(금) 10:00 ~ 12/21(목) 23:00
· 2차(수업료 2/3 반환): 12/22(금) 10:00 ~ 12/28(목) 23:00
· 3차(수업료 1/2 반환): 12/29(금) 10:00 ~ 1/4(목) 23:00

10. 계절수업 강의시간: 50분 수업/10분 휴식
1교시: 9:00 ~ 9:50 / 2교시: 10:00 ~ 10:50 / 3교시: 11:00 ~ 11:50 / 4교시: 12:00 ~ 12:50 / 5교시: 13:00 ~ 13:50 / 6교시: 14:00 ~ 14:50 / 7교시: 15:00 ~ 15:50 / 8교시: 16:00 ~ 16:50

Greetings, this is Korea University Student Union.

Please be advised that the 2023 Winter Session is scheduled as follows.

1. Session Period:
Dec 22 (Fri.) ~ Jan 18 (Thu.)
(Classes are held 4 days a week: Mon., Tue., Wed. and Thu.)

2. Tuition Plan :
1 credit : 107,900KRW / 2 credits : 215,800KRW / 3 credits : 323,700KRW

· Course List Open: Nov 10 (Fri.), 10:00 (http://sugang.korea.ac.kr -> Course Information)
· Course Registration (Add/Drop Period): Nov 17 (Fri.), 10:00 ~ Nov 22 (Wed), 17:00
   ※ Course Registration for Students with Disabilities (for students registered at KU Center for Students with Disabilities): Nov 16 (Thu.), 10:00 ~ Nov 17 (Fri.), 08:00
· Tuition Payment: Nov 23 (Thu.), 09:00 ~ Nov 27 (Mon.), 23:00
· Course Cancellation & Tuition Refund Announcement: Dec 1 (Fri.)
· Course Registration after Course Cancellation (only for students whose course(s) is cancelled): Dec 7 (Thu.), 09:00 ~ 16:30
· Tuition Payment after Course Cancellation: Dec 8 (Fri.), 09:00 ~ 23:00
· Winter Session Period: Dec 22 (Fri.) ~ Jan 18 (Thu.)
· Course Withdrawal: Dec 15 (Fri.), 10:00 ~ Jan 4 (Thu.), 23:00

4. Course Registration
· Eligibility: KU undergraduate students, KU students who are on leave of absence and students from domestic credit exchange programs
· Registration: Log-in at http://sugang.korea.ac.kr
· How to Log-in:
(KU students) Use student ID no. and Password /
(Domestic Exchange Student: Temporary KU ID and Password (last 7 digits of your Resident Registration no.)

5. Guidelines for Course(s) and credit transfer:
· Student can take maximum of 9 credits.
· Grade(s) show under the winter session which counts towards overall GPA in the academic transcript.
· Students on leave of absence are NOT permitted to graduate even if they meet the graduation requirement upon the completion of summer/winter session.

6. NOTE
· Summer/Winter session is offered to students who wish to obtain extra credits outside of regular
semester.
· Students are NOT allowed to withdraw for personal reasons after the deadline.
· Course Registration (ADD/DROP) is strictly limited to the deadline.
· Since Spring of 2016, retaking course opened by Sejong Campus is allowed only once.
· Failure to meet the payment deadline results in the removal of student’s course information. Please
be advised that students must follow specified deadlines for summer/winter session schedule.
· As for course(s) that require prerequisites, student must have completed required course prerequisites and have a grade before registering for an advanced course.
· Students are NOT allowed to retake the courses of which the grade is not finalized until the course registration.

7. Tuition Payment:
Wire transfer at HANA bank through individual 'virtual account'.

8. Announcement of Course Cancellation:
Cancellation of courses will be notified at KU Portal (KUPID) on Dec 1.

8. Course Withdrawal
· Students MUST apply for a withdrawal of course/tuition at PORTAL (KUPID).
· Student(s) who wish to withdraw after the tuition payment may can get a refund.
· Refund process takes about 2 weeks which will be wired to an account registered in student records.

9. Withdrawal Schedule
· 1st Period (Refunds 100%): Dec 15 (Fri.), 10:00 ~ Dec 21 (Thu.), 23:00 (Withdrawal before the session commencement)
· 2nd Period (Refunds 2/3 of Tuition Paid): Dec 22 (Fri.), 10:00 ~ Dec 28 (Thu.), 23:00
· 3rd Period (Refunds 1/2 of Tuition Paid): Dec 29 (Fri.), 10:00 ~ Jan 4 (Thu.), 23:00

10. Class Schedule: 50 min. lecture / 10 min. break
1st Period: 9:00 ~ 9:50 / 2nd Period: 10:00 ~ 10:50 / 3rd Period: 11:00 ~ 11:50 / 4th Period: 12:00 ~ 12:50 / 5th Period: 13:00 ~ 13:50 / 6th Period: 14:00 ~ 14:50 / 7th Period: 15:00 ~ 15:50 / 8th Period: 16:00 ~ 16:50
